Ask for help

How to ask for help on PayPlea

Any adult can ask the community for support with a specific, truthful need. Because money reaches you directly, publishing a request requires more information than helping, plus a compatible payment link and moderation before anything becomes public.

Not an emergency service

PayPlea is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or without essential safety, contact the appropriate local emergency or public support service.

Who can ask for help

  • You are 18 or older. Age is confirmed by declaration and may not involve document checks.
  • You provide additional real information about yourself, which stays private.
  • You have at least one personal payment link with a supported provider in your own name.
  • You accept the community guidelines and terms.

What a good request includes

  • A clear, honest purpose — for example an electricity bill that came in higher than expected.
  • A specific target amount and currency.
  • Supporting context. Original documents stay private and are used only for review.
  • No private data of other people, no account numbers in public text and no pressure language.

Moderation

Every request is screened automatically and reviewed before publication. It may be approved, returned for changes or rejected. Read the content moderation policy.

Progress and closing

Helpers declare what they sent and attach private receipts. You do not approve amounts yourself — confirmed progress comes from review. When the confirmed total reaches the target, the request closes.

No guarantee of help

Publishing a request does not guarantee that anyone will help, or how much. Please plan accordingly and look at public support options where you live.

Prohibited requests

Fabricated stories or evidence, gift-card or crypto demands, investment schemes, money-mule activity, requests for someone else without consent, and anything illegal are removed. See acceptable use.
